Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon ammonia
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat the softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, ammonia, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Shape small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until they are golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on a rack before serving.
