Description
Traditional Polish dessert consisting of choux pastry layers filled with creamy vanilla custard.
Ingredients
- Choux pastry
- Vanilla custard
- Icing sugar
Instructions
- Prepare choux pastry by boiling water with butter and adding flour.
- After cooling, beat in eggs and mix well.
- Spread on a baking tray and bake in the oven.
- Prepare vanilla custard according to package instructions.
- After cooling, assemble the two layers of pastry with custard in between.
- Dust with icing sugar before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled for the best texture. Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
