Description

Traditional Polish dessert consisting of choux pastry layers filled with creamy vanilla custard.


Ingredients

  • Choux pastry
  • Vanilla custard
  • Icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare choux pastry by boiling water with butter and adding flour.
  2. After cooling, beat in eggs and mix well.
  3. Spread on a baking tray and bake in the oven.
  4. Prepare vanilla custard according to package instructions.
  5. After cooling, assemble the two layers of pastry with custard in between.
  6. Dust with icing sugar before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled for the best texture. Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
