  • 200g cukru
  • 4 jajka
  • 200ml śmietany
  • 1 łyżka mąki pszennej
  • 1 łyżeczka ekstraktu waniliowego
  • szczypta soli

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the twaróg, sugar, eggs, cream, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a cake pan lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is golden.
  5. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh twaróg. Blend ingredients until smooth for a light and fluffy cheesecake.
