- 200g cukru
- 4 jajka
- 200ml śmietany
- 1 łyżka mąki pszennej
- 1 łyżeczka ekstraktu waniliowego
- szczypta soli
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, mix the twaróg, sugar, eggs, cream, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a cake pan lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is golden.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh twaróg. Blend ingredients until smooth for a light and fluffy cheesecake.
