- 150 g masła
- 1 szklanka cukru
- 4 jajka
- 1 szklanka mąki pszennej
- 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
- 1 łyżka kakao
- szczypta soli
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a water bath, melt chocolate with butter.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
- Combine the egg mixture with the melted chocolate and butter.
- Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa, and salt into the mixture and gently mix.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Once cooled, you can dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate glaze.
Notes
Ensure the chocolate is well melted to avoid lumps in the cake. Do not overbake to keep the cake moist.
