- 1 tsp instant coffee (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter with milk, sugar, and cocoa in a saucepan. Let it cool down.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
- Add the melted mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients, and mix well.
- Pour the dough into a prepared baking pan and bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
- Once cooled, prepare the chocolate glaze and pour it over the cake.

Ensure to cool the butter mixture before adding eggs to avoid scrambling them. For added flavor, consider incorporating nuts or dried fruit.
