Description
A nostalgic Polish cheesecake with a chocolate layer, combining the flavors of classic cheesecake and chocolate cake.
Ingredients

- 250g butter
- 3 eggs
- 500g ricotta or farmer’s cheese
- 200g sugar
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients at room temperature.
- Melt the butter and mix it with sugar and cocoa powder.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- In a baking pan, layer the chocolate mixture on the bottom and pour the cheese mixture on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 60 minutes.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
Feel free to add almonds on top or chocolate chunks for extra flavor.
