- 200 g milk chocolate
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 200 g biscuits
- 150 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or hazelnuts)
- 150 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath.
- In a bowl, combine crushed biscuits, chopped nuts, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a paper-lined mold and smooth it out.
- Refrigerate for a few hours until set.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
Notes
Can be served with whipped cream or fruits like raspberries or strawberries. Store in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
