Description

A delightful no-bake chocolate dessert made with a mix of milk and dark chocolate, biscuits, and nuts, perfect for sharing on any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g biscuits
  • 150 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or hazelnuts)
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed biscuits, chopped nuts, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into the mixture and stir well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a paper-lined mold and smooth it out.
  5. Refrigerate for a few hours until set.
  6. Cut into pieces and serve.

Notes

Can be served with whipped cream or fruits like raspberries or strawberries. Store in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
