- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup fruit jam
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour until a smooth dough forms.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 60 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into shapes.
- Place a teaspoon of jam on each shape.
- Fold the dough and seal the edges.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes.
- After baking, dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
For best results, ensure that the butter and cream cheese are at room temperature for easier mixing. You can experiment with different types of jam for unique flavors.
