Ingredients

- 500g twarogu
- 2 jajka
- 100g cukru
- 100g mąki pszennej
- 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
- szczypta soli
- olej do smażenia
- cukier puder do posypania (opcjonalnie)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the twaróg, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt until you have a smooth mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Using a spoon, drop portions of the batter onto the frying pan, forming pancakes.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Once cooked, dust with powdered sugar if desired.
- Serve warm.
Notes
These pancakes can be served with jam, whipped cream, or fresh fruits. They are also great with coffee or tea. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
