Description

A classic Polish breaded pork chop that brings back childhood memories, served with various delicious sides.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 400g pork loin
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons oil or lard for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pork by flattening it with a meat mallet.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the pork in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the breaded pork chops for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  6. Let them rest on paper towels before serving.

Notes

For a variance, try adding cheese or mushrooms inside the pork chop before breading.
