Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk, and butter. Knead the dough and let it rise.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles.
  3. Place jam on each triangle and roll it into a croissant shape.
  4. Sprinkle sugar on the croissants and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool and serve.
