Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk, and butter. Knead the dough and let it rise.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles.
- Place jam on each triangle and roll it into a croissant shape.
- Sprinkle sugar on the croissants and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool and serve.
Notes
Best served warm with tea or coffee. Can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or frozen for longer preservation.
